360Dx reports that Helio Genomics has partnered with Syneos Health to broaden the commercialization of its blood based HelioLiver test for the early detection of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Announced in May 2026, the agreement is aimed at driving wider adoption of the test across North America.
The collaboration pairs Helio’s diagnostic technology with Syneos Health’s commercial capabilities, with the goal of putting HelioLiver in front of more clinicians and, in turn, more patients at risk of liver cancer. For Helio, expanding commercial reach is a key step in moving a validated blood test from clinical evidence toward routine use.
HelioLiver is a multi-omics, blood based test that applies machine learning to support the earlier detection of HCC, the most common form of primary liver cancer. Because liver cancer is so often found late, broadening access to a simple blood test could help close long-standing gaps in surveillance and give clinicians an earlier opportunity to intervene.
