Helio Genomics was founded, with the earliest cancer-detection methylation profile, including thousands of novel methylation biomarkers.

Since 2016
Helio Genomics is an AI-driven healthcare company pioneering the early detection of cancer through a simple blood test. We combine DNA methylation science with machine learning and nearly a decade of research to find cancer at its earliest, most treatable stage, beginning with the liver and building toward many more.
Our founding principles are rooted in a desire to challenge the unknown. We harness the power of big data to make sense of how nature exists and evolves, so we can understand how it affects each of us individually. We believe our technology can change how the world sees disease, beginning by making cancer something people survive, and easing the high cost and emotional burden it places on society today.
We built a multi-analyte platform, our proprietary ECLIPSE™ technology, that reads the molecular signals of cancer from a simple blood draw. By reading cfDNA methylation patterns alongside protein markers and clinical data, and interpreting them with machine learning, we can detect cancer earlier and more accurately than many traditional methods. It is a simpler, smarter path to the answers that matter most.

Every claim we make is grounded in peer-reviewed research and validated in clinical trials.
Early detection should be simple, affordable, and within reach. A blood draw, not a barrier.
We are explorers of the unknown, always challenging what is possible in cancer detection.
Our platform is built to expand across more cancers, into minimal residual disease monitoring, and toward a future where catching cancer early is a routine part of everyone's care. HelioLiver proved what is possible. Now we are building the company that makes cancer a disease people survive.
Behind this work is a team of scientists, physicians, and industry leaders united by a single goal: to make cancer a disease people survive.
