FiOS1 News reports that the IvyGene blood test — from the Laboratory for Advanced Medicine (now Helio Genomics) — could help detect cancer as early as stage one from a few vials of blood.

FiOS1 News reported that a new blood test could help detect cancer as early as stage one — and that one Long Island doctor said it could also save lives. The IvyGene test, developed by the Laboratory for Advanced Medicine (now Helio Genomics), requires only a few vials of blood to indicate whether a person may already be developing cancer cells.
