The Helio solution

Helio's tests generate deeper and richer biological insights using machine-learning technology that combines years of multi-modal and multi-omics research. Over the past 10 years, our team of scientists have used artificial intelligence and machine learning to identify unique and proprietary DNA signatures that predict the presence of cancer as early as Stage I. We combine these DNA signatures and protein biomarkers to develop multi-analyte blood tests with greater sensitivity and specificity to current screening modalities.

Helio Genomics has developed a proprietary platform called ECLIPSE, which allows for accurate and efficient detection of cell-free DNA methylation patterns from blood to identify unique biomarkers that signal cancer using next-generation sequencing technology

With HelioLiver developed and soon to be commercially available, Helio's development pipeline consists of HelioLiver 2.0, the next generation of HelioLiver, as well as minimum residual disease and treatment monitoring tests for HCC. Our AI-based methods in early cancer detection are based on a robust research and development program leveraging an extensive patient sample bank for validation.
